Which type of IT company would you rather work for...

...a well established one or a start up?

The start up one is a company abroad which is going to start its operation here in Manila..

Pros and cons if possible.. =)

Are you still starting your career? If you are, I suggest you go with the well established one so you can have more experience and at the same time learn the ropes of the business, while reaping quite good benefits (I hope).
If you are already in middle management or have several years of experience to bank on, i am sure you will find it more challenging and exciting to join the start up company. :)

A well established company will give you that feeling of stability compared to a start-up company wherein it is not yet assured of being successful in its field in the future but yet yeah, there is this certain challenge of going further when you try a start-up company... well, it's all up to you...

I heard headstrong started as a small IT firm with just about 50 employees when it was here about 15 years ago but look at it now.... :)
