Naghahanap ako ng call center company while waiting for the progress of my application sa isa pang CC.

I came upon this thread and tried to gather information on applying. This cp_southdale sent me an email containing information about the application process at INFONXX. She was a bit annoying but still, she helped me in applying.

I went at their recruitment office at Metropolis, Alabang and undergone the normal recruitment process. On the job offer, the HR officer told me that I have to sign a 1 year contract with bond. I declined because I don't want to be forced to stay in a company. I then told cp_southdale that I backed out on my application. This was our conversation on Friendter:

From what I've read, it only shows that CP_SOUTHDALE IS ONLY AFTER THE REFERAL FEE!

It's also unethical for her to say that "my goodness, i thought ur bright enough." to maxmiller. For her na nagrerefer, dapat nga maging grateful and kind kayo sa mga taong nirerefer nyo! Mabuti naman at start ka na sa HSBC sa Monday ;) Welcome to the Club. PhP7K na ang referral bonus natin sa HSBC pero kung bibisitahin mo ang thread natin dito sa pex wala kang makikitang mukhang referral (ako may narereceive ako na mga PM nang-hihingi ng referral pero isa lang ang ini-refer ko yong dating taga-DELL pero at least sila ang lumalapit para mai-refer and not the other way around) kasi well compensated naman tayo dito bonus na siguro kung may mga classmate at friends tayo na makakatrabaho natin.

Doon sa mga nag-hahanap ng mga irerefer nila sa company nila sana naman maging totoo kayo sa mga inirerefer ninyo lalong lalo na doon sa mga fresh grads at call center virgins. Kung may bond ang company nyo sabihin nyo para hindi naman kawawa yong mga ipapasok nyo. Contract is a Contract (may legal basis yan lalo na pag may-pirma ng aplikante) at pwede kang mademanda pag-hindi mo sinunod ang KONTRATA at pwede pang ma-ban hindi lang sa Company nyo kundi sa iba pang call center or bpo na member ng Call Center Association of the Philippines at ng Business Process Association of the Philippines.

Pano maniniwala ang mga taga-pex kung sa umpisa pa lang may hidden agenda na. Sayang naman yong pagod ng iba na pumunta sa recruitment nyo, mag-exam,magpa-interview at sa bandang dulo malalaman nila na may bond pala. Ayaw ni Manny Villar nyan :lol: (parang illegal recruiter kasi ang dating :D hindi transparent basta importante kumita na pera). Ang pagtulong sa kapwa walang hinihinging kapalit.

Ang alam ko kasi ang mga kumpanyang naniniwala sa BOND ay mga kumpanyang mataas ang attrition rate ng empleyado. Kung masaya, kuntento at hindi bored ang empleyado sa ginagawa nilang trabaho ibig sabihin tatagal sila kaya hindi kailangan ng BOND.
