hahaha simple ayoko lang syang idisclose kasi what for...wala naman opening, somehow may mga pexers ako na pm pero nung pinasa ko na yung name and numbers nila, puno na pala trainees namin, bad timing, before i endorse applicants, iniievaluate ko na qualifications kung magmamatch up and binibigyan ko na ng expectations and dapat sabihin sa office na friends kami talaga. kasi ayoko mapahiya sa mga irerefer ko noh dahil personal ko yun binibigay sa pinakaboss namin and tinatanong ako if kung Colleague and friend ko talaga,, diba MAHAVIR kaya nga diba i gave you the best option hahaha secret na lang natin yun, hehe!!! . i referred two of my personal close friends nga eh, isa lang sa kanila ang nakuha.

as much as i wanted to help you,, kasi kahit under grad ka 1st year college we do accept that..we have an equal opportunity employer when it comes to gender, education, race, status, sexual preference,...as long as you will meet the minimum requirements of the account.. pero personality and attitude wise siguro dito kami mapili..i dont want to be blunt but ill feel ashame of myself if ill refer you personally, kahit hindi ka naman nag aask ULIT sa akin ng assistance or any info directly..a lot of pexers gave you meaningful advices on what you should do from different threads here, marami talaga dito willing to help and share their blessings to those who are in need..you are even on the verge of fabricating documents (i understand this desperate move kung kaya mong irisk or panindigan why not) Hope you can find an account suitable for you,,,you are into collections right..most big call centers have financial accounts,, i just dont know what happened with your applications in jp morgan, hsbc etc.. and i dont like to know more if it was a success coz until now you are still in a job hunt, it could be that you were not satisfied with a present company if there was any. I dont have the right to judge you but i'll say a few words in relation to your dilemmas, conflict situations:

You maybe need to BRUSH UP your communication skills and especially try to feed your brain, BE clever and witty (widen your knowledge just anything that you can use as your sword, we can give tips and advice but not spoonfeeding, transform your weaknesses into strengths, assess yourself what are those so you'll end up working in a better company or with those companies you are aiming of) You must outshine other veteran agents during interviews (call center experience wise and those with degree holders, 6 years ago it was so easy to apply in call centers).

MANAGE YOUR PRIORITIES (go to school? or to work? location of the company? or to earn MONEY?)

EXERT more EFFORT and PERSEVERANCE.. as much as i wanted to help you,, kasi kahit under grad ka 1st year college we do accept that..we have an equal opportunity employer when it comes to gender, education, race, status, sexual preference,...as long as you will meet the minimum requirements of the account.. pero personality and attitude wise siguro dito kami mapili..i dont want to be blunt but ill feel ashame of myself if ill refer you personally, kahit hindi ka naman nag aask ULIT sa akin ng assistance or any info directly..a lot of pexers gave you meaningful advices on what you should do from different threads here, marami talaga dito willing to help and share their blessings to those who are in need..you are even on the verge of fabricating documents (i understand this desperate move kung kaya mong irisk or panindigan why not) Hope you can find an account suitable for you,,,you are into collections right..most big call centers have financial accounts,, i just dont know what happened with your applications in jp morgan, hsbc etc.. and i dont like to know more if it was a success coz until now you are still in a job hunt, it could be that you were not satisfied with a present company if there was any. I dont have the right to judge you but i'll say a few words in relation to your dilemmas, conflict situations:

You maybe need to BRUSH UP your communication skills and especially try to feed your brain, BE clever and witty (widen your knowledge just anything that you can use as your sword, we can give tips and advice but not spoonfeeding, transform your weaknesses into strengths, assess yourself what are those so you'll end up working in a better company or with those companies you are aiming of) You must outshine other veteran agents during interviews (call center experience wise and those with degree holders, 6 years ago it was so easy to apply in call centers).

MANAGE YOUR PRIORITIES (go to school? or to work? location of the company? or to earn MONEY?)

Im just waiting something here kaya post'post muna.. then basa'basa.. after all hindi naman kabawasan ng pagkatao ang magsabi ng sarili niyang ideya pero iyong ginagawa niya i understand.. wala pa nga akong masyadong experience to say anything pero i have the guts and capability to share what i know sa industry.. hindi naman sukatan ng pagkatao ang experience at pagsabi ng kung anong gusto mong ishare na napagdaanan mo sa isang company di ba po?
sana lang Irespeto niya yung pagkatao ko at kung sino ako dahil sa huli ako lang naman ang mag'dedecide for myself and not her/him.. hope she learn her/his lesson.. ok lang po sakin.. no harm feelings.. :)

MEDIALINK...I suggest do not pursue your career there..ive seen people who were employed by this center and everything was all negative feedbacks..one of the worst scenarios was giving a fifteen minute break through the entire shift..this is such a loser company. guys im not bragging about myself,, i dont own any call center but at least im blessed that im working in a decent company..
