of course not.. this is not true..

my hire date was jan.29, na regularize ako ng july 29..

nag resign ako ng September 16.

22k yung back pay na nakuha ko..


kasi kasama na sa final pay mo yung dapat na 13th month pay mo eh, at mga tax refund..

mas malaki kapag na-regularized ka na. some companies pay for the years of your loyalty.

ask ko lang, is the pay more that your basic pay? did you render your 15 days period before the effectivity? After how many months mo nakuha yung back pay mo?
