ganito kasi yun...Im working sa NCO and i ahd an asthma attack,, nasa product training na ako and kailangan ko talaga umabsent since nahimatay na ko sa sakit ng heart ko..hehe..di nmn di ko na kaya pumasok since hirap ako huminga..i called the workforce hotline to tell them that im not going to attend nung araw na yun..since nasa product training pa lang ako.. bawal ang umabsent kahit isang araw ***... after nun.. nag pa chceck up meeh that day(nung absent ako) and my doctor advised me to stop working since lagi na lang akong hinihika..***** kaka yosi kasi hindi mapigilan.. bumalik nnmn yung asthma ko..pero nung medical fit to work nmn ako...after nun..hindi na ko tumawag o nag punta sa office para i follow up kung pwede pa ako pumasok kasi 2 days na akong absent so bawala na obviously..

here's the Q..

makukuha ko ba yung salary ko dun sa mga araw na ipinasok ko?

NCNS ka kaya... and you are still on training... most probably you wont get any....

if you really want to check you have to talk to your trainer or hr... pero im telling you most probably wala...i dunno depende rin kasi sa company yun... kung gano ka na katagal ngttrain... and ipakita mo yung medical mo since you mentioned na ngpacheck up ka... and try to get a letter from your doctor..stating you were examined the day you went there plus yung statement ni doctor na you should stop working... you have to prove everythin...pero if you feel na hassle to ***...i dunno depende **** yahn most likely wala k na mkukuha...

wala ka talaga makukuha ncns dapat nakipag coordinate ka sa product trainer mo kung pwede ka pa pumasok? me atm card ka na ba?

I think you won't get anything because if you recall their orientation: 1. You have to have your check-up with their own doctor to prove that you really did have asthma that day; 2. No absences are allowed during product training; 3. NCNS during product training=disqualification. So I think no, you will not be able to get anything from them.
