The main office is at the OneECom Bldg just beside the Mall of Asia. I suggest you walk in. Processing would be a lot faster that way. You may also want to check Jobstreet.com if you want to view the current job listings that we have.

Unfortunately, its a series of testing and interviews, until you reach the hiring manager. Compensation is commensurate on experience. Although, like any given business, we have certain limits/budgets. So you cant just ask for the moon and the stars.

The CSR post would depend on the program hiring. If the program is a tech acct, then the offer is definitely higher than a cs acct. From what I know, meal is non taxable. Unfortunately, we do not have a transpo allowance. :(

A tech support agent would definitely be lower in pay than the IT helpdesk position. Work is different. The IT Helpdesk post is more tecnhnical and more complex.

Actually, the reception side is located near the BDO area. If you're coming from the mall (near taste asia and Mcdonald's), turn right at 7-11.

exams are not given to all positions. it largely depends on the client - whether they would require testing or not. parking is not free. there is a pay parking for overnight stay for just P25. offer depends on experience. good luck in your application.

Recruitment said that hiring has been put on hold for this month. Not sure if we are to continue next month or January. We just hired a batch to start the program and assess their performance, but we will still need more since the expected headcount is around 250 initially.

Advanced knowledge of MS Windows product line.
Minimum 1 year of telephone technical support/ customer service experience
Hands on PC hardware experience
Strong understanding of desktop applications

I had my Initial interview and exam more than 3 weeks ago with ACS.
I was supposed to have my final interview but someone from ACS called me and cancelled it.He said that they are having trouble with their final interview schedule and they will just re schedule my final interview.It has been more than 3 weeks now...almost a month of waiting.My friend who was with me that time already got hired.How come I never received a call from them? I tried calling ACS and I was informed that their recruitement for the Technical helpdesk position is currently on hold and they will contact me as soon as they re open the position that I applied for.I am worried that they might just ignore my application...Hope that wont happen.I am still waiting for their call.Sad thing is that, they could have informed my application status....I've been waiting for their call.

We intend to fill up 250 seats. The plan is to fillup a quadrant on the 5th floor by the 1st quarter of next year. There is only one batch of less than 40 I believe to start the program. Then we move from there.

Hold on for the meantime. If ACS is indeed for you, then it will come. Stick it with HP. They're a good company anyway. :)

Hmm The training that will start on the 17th is still part of the first wave. I believe I was also told that the 2nd wave would possibly start on January. That was also my complaint about ACS before during my application, they would keep me waiting for their call for the last 2 steps - client interview and JO. But they wouldnt assure me that I would receive a call. It took a week for them to call me after each of the last 2 steps. What happened was, I was on auto-in on Oct 17 and they called me up and informed me of the JO for the same day in the afternoon. I was like "Awer.. :grrr: Im still employed.." So what I did was I submitted an immediate resignation to my prev company. But bet you what, it's worth the wait. *okay*

Un ang d ko alam. kaya ako d ako nagsusubmit online e kung may walk in nmn na option. Not unless online *** tlg application ng isang company. Maybe because the time you sent the application was also the time they froze the hiring for the IT Helpdesk post. Im not sure if they are going to entertain even you're online application has already failed. Much better to let it go as of now, and then try it once more when they open the position again for hiring, but this time as a walk in applicant. Maybe next year like January. Or just check this thread for updates.

hey I got a call from ACS yesterday! hehe. il take my exam later at 6pm. yeah hp is really a good company but the location is not so convenient for me eh. like it will take me an hour to get to edsa pag sa shuttle bus because they also need to pick up passengers from other companies. no pantry pa. you have to walk ng malayo to get to the 7-11 or mcdo.

I recently applied to ACS and got an interview from Adrian of UK but then I failed to pass that interview due to may availability to work. I talk to jessel and she told me that she will reconsider once may mag back out sa mga agents or yet ill be on the next batch if ever, should i reapply or should i just clear this up with Jessel?

yes, if you read my blog, i am already an employee.. magandang company ang ACS.. pero bago mo ma-experience yung benefits ng company, ite-test muna ang patience mo ng hiring process.. marami pa talaga kasing kailangang ayusin sa recruitment process nila..

hi everyone! Newbie here. I specifically registered here because i did a Google search for ACS.

I'm also a current applicant for the service specialist post. I took my exam a week ago - the last part was a one-on-one with Ms. Claire, she told me to send a soft copy of my resume to her e-add. I was reading the replies in this thread and I actually felt a little dis heartened since I thought the process is a bit off, but I just got a phone call from Neos earlier today and he said that I'm scheduled for the final interview sometime first week of Feb. I really hope I get that interview and the job too!

we just received our payslips. at meron kaming one day absent (january 16, friday) deducted from our bi-monthly, nang dahil lang sa nag-start ang aming training ng january 19 (monday). and then yung tax almost 3k! AMF! :eek: tapos itong mga kasamahan kong taga-dell, sabi, malaki nga ang sahod dito, pero yung salary per cutoff daw ay halos kasing laki lang daw ng nakukuha nila dun, siyempre dahil sa additional benefits/allowances, unlike dito na meal allowance lang! AMF! :bop:

I even asked them if I made it or not so I may know if I should expect something, they said that they can't tell kasi daw in process pa rin daw *** application ko. amfufu naman...gising gising...galaw galaw mga kapatid!!!

The main problem with having a merger is that hardware firms like Xerox are aggressive in product focused sales while services companies are more relationship-based. Conflict na sila dun pa lang.

Also Xerox is very focused on cutting costs by $300-400 million once the acquisition is complete so don't expect much growth.

Some departments are STILL cost cutting and people getting laid-off there. Try Accenture, it is better IMO.

I think xerox's acquisition of ACS can be a positive development since Xerox is a top Fortune 500 company comparable to Dell, HP, IBM, etc. Specifics of the acquisition is not yet divulged but ACS will be like the BPO arm of Xerox so there's not going to be much change with ACS' operations except that it is going to like "ACS - a Xerox owned company".

Almost all US companies are cutting costs but we are hoping its going to be a positive development for ACS. You can apply at 7th flr. One Ecom Center SM Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City. To set your expectation, this is not a perfect company and bring a lot of patience with you. :lol:
