I need information regarding the non-compete-clause in the contract. I'm posting this to help a friend of mine. Kailangan ba na separate clause ito sa contract? Kung wala kayong mabasa na "non-compete-clause" sa contract at nakalagay lang "exclusive for the project", pwede ba itong sabihin na non-compete-clause na? Please help, kung sino man yung may alam dito hope you could give more information. Thanks in advance.
