it is designed for most complex business requirements. if you're in the financial field, it's beneficial to learn the skill 'coz most large corporations, mostly multi-nationals, use this enterprise application. it's effective and no, i don't think it's that hard to use and learn. mabusisi nga lang siyang gamitin compared to other ERP packages.
