Can you give the PROS and CONS of working as freelancer and as regular employee?

I'm a freelancer and enjoy working without having to commute and waking up early every weekdays.

freelancer

pros: own time, own pace, can choose work assigments, no boss :D

cons: no corporate benefits, no clients, delayed client payments, no bonus

Same as Corinthian's post. But usually if you are a freelance developer, you'd probably gonna be working for a company abroad. Bigger pay which makes it up for the lack of benefits.

freelancer pros: can work from multiple clients

I do have a freelancer friend earning $3k+ / month from 3 different clients :D

depende sa kung pagiging freelancer ng anong gawa (freelance photographer, programmer, consultant, etc).

freelancer has more time, can choose schedules, etc, pero ang problema minsan ay ang kakulangan ng clients. pag ganun ang nangyari, walang income.

with regular employment. guaranteed income, though "restricted" ang options (time, location, etc).

Sa mga segurista, they'd pick the regular employment. As long as they do what is needed, they earn.

pag freelancer programmer ka, super liit lang ng chance na mawalan ka ng clients. Lalo na kung maganda yung nilalaman ng resume mo. At least I know someone na ganun. Kumuha muna siya ng experience from different employers saka siya naging freelance programmer. :D
