(latest 1mo. or 3mos. consecutive payslips)
Photocopy of Certificate of Employment
(must be indicated the word REGULAR EMPLOYEE)
(including the date hired & salary breakdown)
Photocopy of Proof of Billing - under the applicant home address
(must be under the applicant name, or related to the applicant)
OPTIONAL REQ'S (on selected banks)
2 to 3 Valid Government ID's
