^ no, it's not an IT company, it's an affiliate marketing company, online advertising is their business. "but" they have development side which is on alabang. they have openings for IT people. java developers/database admini/etc. and they have opening for java trainees which will be trained in Orange&Bronze. I don't know much about the bond though. Hope it helps. :)

^ i see.. when did you apply? yea,, hintay hintay na lang.. tatawag rin yun. haha i did the same with ITM when I applied for their SAP trainee post. turned out she cannot open my cv, so i was asked to save the file again into ms word 2003 type and resend it. i did, but she never called still. wot.

oo, kasi i applied before which was nov. 21, kailangan madami kaya yun nag-repost sila. hehe :D

try to email again siguro. sakin kasi mabilis ang response nila. after 1 day tinawagan agad nila ako to take the exam. according to the hr, orange and bronze yung magttrain for 6 weeks ata. then 12 successful candidates yung kukunin nila. indi ko lang natanong kung may bond. sabi din pala nung hr, 1 year pa lang sila dito sa pinas pero 10 years na yung mother company na nasa japan nakabase. bale, development site yung dito sa pinas.

actually ubechoco hindi ko nagets masyado yung sinabi nya.. lolx nakafilter kasi. it's either agad (--okay hindi pala 'to filtered) or natype nya in text speak yung words like "ka lang", "na lang" or kung ano man..
