anyone familiar with SEAMEO-Innotech? how is it working there (as regards compensation and benefits, culture, etc.)?

My first ever job fresh out of college was in SEAMEO-Innotech but I only did a short temp project with them so I just got a flat rate sans benefits. But the culture is very laid back. :)
