Paki specify na rin kung what floor if possible at nature of business.

Example:

ano ba after mo ganda ng building, experience, o compensation? If i were you dont look for the exterior appearance of the company.. ganda ng office.. building kesyo parang sosyal ka pag pumapasok ka dun. I've worked to one of the companies in one of the striking building in makati (philam bldg) before, maganda nga sya pero pag tagal ok ok na lang, masasawa ka rin. One of the reason why ive accepted the job is because of the place... the office were so good one of the most beautiful offices ive been, pero i decided to leave because i decided to search for more experience. Kasi usually yang mga nasa magagandang offices/buildings, medyo light ang job di ka matututo. So nag aaply ako sa medyo maliit na company, di ganun ka ganda office compared sa philam pero mas maganda training at mas mataas sweldo.

ang hirap ata non maglalagay tayo ng company's mismo dun eh may mga tenants na dun sa BLDG na yun, pati di po ako rich. Kung may mag sponsor sige maglagay tayo ng company dun. Hehehe Joke lang. Oo nga why not, diba. Malaking tulong din to, sige umpisahan mo na kasi para kami ang mag fifill out ng the rest. Ang real purpose ko kasi kaya sinimulan ko ang thread na ito is to list down yung mga companies na andun. Para let say, mainvite ako for an interview or exam ng isang company doon, alam ko na kung ano-ano pang mga companies ang related na pede kong pasukan and magapply as walk-in para hindi naman masayang ang bihis ko.

Makakatulong din ito sa mga people with the same situation. Hehe.

Federal Land (a Metrobank group company) owns the building -- the second tallest building in the Philippines.

you are referring to GA tower, the condominium in boni MRT.
