Hi all, anyone tried buying the ab machines in those infomercials like the Ab rocket, Total core?.. To these work at all?

Is total core ok?

Just my 2 cents...

The first ever ab machine that came out was the abdomenizer in the 80's followed by the ez crunch, abflex, ab roller abdoer ab rocket and so on and so forth...

but where do most of these machines end up?? In the bodega.

Nothing beats eating clean and following a good exercise regimen.

Doing 1000 situps or any ab exercise a day is still not the solution

I mean these machines can work, but for the price and hype, they're a load of crap. And please don't think the models in the video used these pieces of equipment. They built their bodies in the old-fashioned way - hard training, diet, etc.
