last december nag apply po ako online sa kung san-sang call center di ko maalala kung san san ko po naipasa ang resume ko at kung sino sinong company din ang tumawag sa akin.
and ending dlwang company po ang pinasahan ko at ang problema sabay po sila ng start ko (january 12)
and una po ay from a call center agency "teledevelopment" po ata yun sa ortigas at pag napasa ko ang near-hire training nila ay mag start po ako sa ePerformax as directory asst. or parang ganun. tapos a week after nag apply ako sa eTelecare at pumasa, nag sign po ako ng contract at orientation ko nga sa jan.12, ***** iniisip ko po kung saang company mas maganda.
I don't really know which company could give me an assurance, I wanna stay in a company for a long time.
mas mataas ata ng isang libo sa eperformax pero ewan ko ba advice naman dyan guys!!!
I am just 19 years old.
sa eperformax ba tumatanggap ng under grad at may back subj.?

my dream company for real is Jp Morgan Chase,.. and accenture.
Chase was one of those companies who called me last december but I failed the position I was applying for, regardless of the position I just wanna work in JPMC...
I dunno if they accept applicants who's undergrad and has a back subject.,.

As far as I know JPM Chase doesn't hire college undergrads. As to your question, it's entirely still your decision. based on what you said, you have a concrete offer from etelecare, meaning, you're already assured of the job, unlike the one of teledevelopment(for eperformax) wherein you still have to do a one week near hire training through teledevel. personal opinion, if it was me i would go for the offer from etel, but that's just me :) goodluck

Hi there!
If i were u ill choose ePerformax. Why? Kasi in Teledevelopment, para lang siang hiring agency wherein they train reps and then saka nila i-didistribute sa different companies. Un ang sabi ng friend ko who previously works for Teledevelopment. If you want assurance,then go for ePerformax. Since dalawa *** nmn *** choice mo for the mean time. Saka kna *** mg hop after gaining sum experience.
Ksi at least sure ka na direct yun. I dont know anythin about ePerformax ee. Correct me if im wrong nlng guys!

Ang question ko sa ** TS is, hindi ba after ng near-hire training with teledevelopment, may series of trainings pa din with ePerformax? Natanong ko lang kasi a couple of my friends worked for ePerformax - na may DIET, PST, at ABAY muna before you go live. So, after near-hire training, diretso ka na sa floor or uulitin mo din ang process with ePer?

Go for Etelecare. You've already signed a contract, meaning you passed everything. Trust me--environment and people wise, eTelecare's one of the best cc companies around. Take it from a person who's been into almost every call center company (and that is not me--pero galing akong eTel. Am working in a TV network now--career shift ba :p).
Payment wise, well JPMorgan Chase pays well. Really well. Pero I'm aware that they don't accept undergrads (read the comments above).

TOXIC, CHALLENGING
EPERFORMAX- may EASY ACCOUNTS*okay*,
may iprelay account
pays good(iprelay). DA account ka(dirrectory)
easy account yun, pero 700 calls a day;)
downside>>> management, rapid promotion
pero not as fast as etelecare 3mos. lang yata
if you are that good. You still have to undergo
the whole training in EPMAX. Hindi considered
yung NHT mo sa TELEDEVELOPMENT.
It's 1 of the steps lang to be called "hired as an
employee of EPMAX."
Make that choice :lol:
I have been an employee with one of the cc companies you mentioned. Not going to mention it.:rotflmao:

^correction po wala na ata ip relay account sa eperformax nalipat na sa stellar kasi nabili ng goamerica ang verizon ip :)

ganda pa ng training sa etel..
ex-etel employee na ko pero given a choice, AYAW ko talaga mag resign...me bgay lang ako na dapat i give up kaya ako umalis..
i cant speak for eperformax pero kung ako sayo sa etel ka na, orientation pa lang kumikita ka na : )

Etel kana dude. Like previously mentioned good training, not too bad salary pay esp from entry level. Mas maganda mag-hop kung galing ka ng Etel hehe

go to etel. if eperformax, you'll undergo diet,pst,abay so hindi ka pa hire pag di mo mapasa yung abay. may tanggalan pa diyan.

teledevelopment eh di naman siya call center.. recruitment firm siya.. if I were you go nako sa e-performax un totoo center un kung habol mo malaki pay.. pero kung gusto mo maganda daw environment sabi e-tel daw di lang ako sure.. basta payo lang go ka sa maganda benefits and compensation package..
