- people are friendly and accommodating. treat manong SG of ACS well and he'll do the same. remember the golden rule.

Guys relax. We haven't been JO'd yet. So we don't have a clue about the starting salary. All I can say is that they didn't have any qualms with my expected salary. Considering the fact that most of you guys (like me) are within the immediate vicinity, it would be a smart move to go for stream.

Are you referring to Stream or IBM-Daksh? IBM-Daksh Handles 3 Appel LOBs iPhone, CPU (Desktop and Portables) and Customer Director... On the other hand there are rumors that Stream Philippines is might be handling an Apple account in their Philippine site baka Wireless, ipOd or iApps yung hawakan nila...

Walang irate na customer yung apple tapos madali lang itroubleshoot yung issue kasi Apples softwares lalo na yung OS X is super user friendly.... Most of the issues are SW related... alam naman kasi natin na ang parts ng Macintosh are not user-installable (except for Mac Pro) kaya pag may problema sa HW... Dispatch na kaagad... Unlike sa DELL na kelangan mo pa magkalas ng kung- anu-ano...

I think they have openings for QA kasi may mga nakasabay ako na for QA position ang inapplyan. to hulya naman, dapat may 1 year cc experience.But then may mga nakasabay ako na walang experience na nag JO mga 3 sila. yup tumatanggap naman...it doesnt matter what college course you finished as long as you know how to speak in english(neutral accent at least), knows how to operate a computer, and know something about good customer service...experience in a call center would also be an advantage...

i had this HS friend na nagapply dito wala syang experience at all sa call center. Nakareceive siya ng call from HR for the interview. Dumating siya dun ng 10 am pero natawag na siya around 2 PM. It's a group interview consists of 6 applicants, 4 of them don't have experience. Few minutes later, tinawag yung 4 w/o experience and gave a piece of paper stating na di pumasa. dapat man lang sinabihan na siya fone phone palang na they don't accept w/o experience. Ganun din ang nangyari sa ibang applicants na walang experience. CSR lang pa lang raw ang available position and di rin ganun kalakihan ang offer. Siguro 1-2K lang ang itinaas sa previous salary nyo.

For their current account, tumatanggap sila ng walang experience. Although they also have an existing account na di pwede. But of course, if you do not have a call center experience or job experience at all, you should be ready with the interview. You let the recruiter/s know why you are there... why you want to work in the cc industry. Mga simpleng tanong na dapat nasasagot ng tama, hindi pa bullet form.

hi.job offer na ang husband ko sa stream as intraday rep (i think parang workforce ata yun) pero hindi pa nya in-accept kasi nasa peoplesupport pa sya ngayon sa workforce din.almost 5yrs na din ang husband ko sa ps kaya lang as of now, sobrang stress na daw sya sa dami ng ginagawa since kulang na sila ng tao sa department nila.

so, hindi nya alam kung ia-accept ba nya ang j.o. sa stream although sa salary, mas mataas ang offer ng stream (yun nga lang kung sa dependents ata na healthcard, ide-deduct ata sa salary ang payment) compared sa ps na free ang mga dependents nya (as of now, wala na nga lang free dental ang dependents unlike dati).

kamusta ba ang workforce dito,sobrang toxic din ba? hindi ko kasi alam kung pare pareho lang ba ang duties ng workforce sa kahit saang call center e. kasi sa previous job ko, sobrang petiks ang mga nasa workforce.

stream is still hiring team managers, qa's, tsr's, sp's. sobra dami ng kailangan daw. operation started last november lang so lahat ng account bago. tapos sabi nung canadian namin na site director meron din 3 or 4 call centers pa nag mago operate din sa SM ANNEX.

I just live in Caloocan thats why itd be very convenient if I apply/work at Sm North branch.. kaya *** its been like 3yrs since my last call center exp.. I actually applied in Telus last week I failed their SACS exam, they say only 3/10 pass that exam.. I also applied at VXI Munoz last Feb I failed din hehe. I dont know mybe I cant speak straight English anymore, to think na I worked almost 5yrs sa col center dati hehehe.. Sna mtanggap ako, very ideal **** un Stream for me..

yes pwede kahit undergrad (ayaw kase mag back read eh ( :bop: actually dun sa batch ko 8 kami sa interview 4 lang kami pumasa yung mga bumagsak batikan na sa call center yung natanggap wala cc exp kamusta naman di ba? eh pano nga kase di kapi paniwala yung mga sinasagot nila eh ang interviewer si angela and at wag ka yung isa galing daw sa VXI nung tinatanong ni angela kung sino sino ang kilala nya sa VXi hala wala nasagot!

Call BIR at 981-7000, give them your tin number and name.. ask them what RDO code are you currently on.. Once they give you that code.. might as well ask where is that BIR office.. Once stream gives you the form 1905, just go to that BIR office and have it stamped for transfer.. tapos un na.,. stream na bahala after you submit it to them,..

Aside from Angela, may mga nag se 2nd interview na matagal na sa call center industry... kaya di tayo lulusot. They do background checks... baka busy lang pero pano kung ma background check ka on your 4th month? mana non reg ka pa...

Hirap kasi sa mga applicants... mahirap pang mag sabi ng "rumors" at at I heard... dapat you concentrate with your personal experience. Yun yon!!!

am so happy! i went there yesterday, as in 9am, walked in at allied bank bldg, 9F. then brian, told me i passed and if i could start on june 29@sm ne na! that was already 3pm, whew! worth the long wait!

first was interview w/ angela, we were 4, 2nd batch and that was already 10 am. then 1 on 1 interview, then exam, i passed. after that, i had my lunch break, brian told me to be back after an hour. then brian gave me another exam, ayun ok na daw.

JO on mid June, wag sana maudlot , , , hay , , , ,

As of now since we are still in Makati, HR prefers to have the 1905 processed once nasa QC na lahat para di na daw ulit transfer ang RDO from Makati to QC,.. so if you would be starting sa QC by the 4th, you can ask HR for the 1905 ..
