wala namang ***** na bagsak. actually, dun sa batch namin (we're 7) bago pa lang magsimula yung belritz ***** na sa amin na di pa ma-i-re-release *** result kaya hintayin namin ang tawag nila within 24hrs. 11pm na nga ako nakauwi nun e.. mahigit 1wk na yun, kaya i assume bagsak ako sa belritz. kaya **** kong malaman kung *** na bang chance na mailipat na lang ng ibang act.?
btw, if i may ask.. sang co. k nagaply after teletech?

2) if tech support naman - im a microsoft certified technology specialist so saang level kaya ko malagay? level 1, 2 or 3? and magkano salary per level?

3) one day hiring process din ba sa teletech? and just a clue, ano ba exam nila or how does the interview goes?

di ko lam yung sa IT support..sa tech support *** ata kaming level 3.snsya na bago palang kasi ako sa company..
sa may experience na 16k offer sa knila eh.level 1 palang yun
depende pa din kasi yun sa experience,bka mataas pa..

sa hiring process..oo nga pag nakapasa ka ssbhin syo tanggp ka na..gudlak na lang kng matwagn ka kagad hehehe..kasi ako inabot ng 1mo bago tnwgan..accenture me eh..yung iba 2mos pa..

sa exams..kng magaling ka sa tech support pabor syo..
first english skills mo,online toh.irerecord boses mo...then knting tanung2 online..pag pasado ka..next step..pag hindi eh bbgyan ka ng card para bmalik after 7days para itry ..

tapos nun 3 madugong exam hehe..may english uli,ISP,ska billing..ako nadalian lang..lalo na yung sa ISP..normal questions abt tech things..ano twag sa cable na gngamit for ethernet..at kng ano2 pa..

actually dun sa 3 exam na yun machecheck nila kng csr or tsr ka lalagay...
kng psado ka naman csr ka na at interview na kagad yun..kng mataas ka sa techie exam,interview na din..pero kaibhan lang pag csr at nakpasa sa interview ..ok na yun..pero pag mtaas ka sa exam at considered for tsr,mgbeberlitz ka,pababalikin ka nun..madali lang yung berlitz..sisiw lang ****..

ok gudlak at sna matanggap u..gnda naman teletech lalo na benefits nila..madugo lang ang training nila..

Im also a new in this industry and teletech is my first company. Now, Im on ACE training. Just want to ask, is it diffcult to pass this training? I had my first call simulation assesment last friday. And I got a bad start ... I was commented for having a below expected grade. I clutered and the call simulation went bad. I only have a week for me to improve before the final call simulation assesment

hello,, im new here.. share ko lang po, I applied last monday in teletech bacoor as HR coordinator and 5 mins lang interview and konting question lang thats it, hindi nadaw ako mag ace exam since hindi naman daw related sa work ko and qualified daw ang application ko she said that she will endorse my apps tru their manager for final interview and check ko daw regularly ang email ko for schedule. ive been worked in HR for more than 4 years, ngayon lang ako nagduda kung tanggap ako or hindi. what do you think guys?? positve or negative?????

teletech is looking for someone who has minimum 2 yr sales and customer service experience(by phone or face-to-face selling), A college degree holder, experience selling telecommunications or IT products and/or solutions, experience in Siebel, Proficient in microsoft office products

and of course this is a pioneering site in makati

you can send your resume on their website. if you meet all the requirements, hr will schedule you for an initial interview and exams at your nearest teletech site. then if you pass, hr will tell you to wait for their next call soon for final interview.
