Does anyone have any idea what this company has to offer? I applied for a dayshift account in their makati office and got a call and I was wondering if any of you have applied or is currently working there right now. I just want to know the details like working environment, salary , etc. Any info would be appreciated thanks (sana ala mali sa spelling ko hehehe)

About the offer it varies depening on the account you go to and the experience you have.

I think the basic is still 16k. Thats the lowest salary with no exp. But that was 2 and a half years ago. So I am not sure anymore.

Sorry I dont bother checking with HR anymore.

Dont know anything about the bond. Because it never came up.

About the day or night shift. It depends on whether you go to US or AU accounts. Obviously US is GY. But AU also has GY shift.

But if you go to the Australia account you will get the day shift first. The night shift is only given to the tenured agents. Less than 10 people lang ang GY sa AU account.

Day shift starts at 7 am. All off this info is for the voice accts.

Dont know much about the non voice or credit ops.

citi do have different offer for different agents because it really depends on your experience. what I know pag AU card medyo mababa kasi day shift, not like pag US cards malaki talaga kasi rotating yung sked ng US cards. I just got hired and I still dont know the environment and the likes pero I'll let you know about the details once I start the training

here is the deal. bond exists, 100k. US and AU available. if you go to US, definitely GY. kung AU, shift starts as early as 4am (about 10-20 people), and gets filled in until 1pm. chef22 is right. GY for AU is only about 8-10 tenured agents. that shift starts at around 11pm. they also have 4x11, and part time. basic for CSO is always. they've got allowances which you will hardly notice, incentives for some accounts, too. either you become a part of the team that sells credit cards (inbound acquisition), or existing credit card add ons (like credit card insurance, balance transfers), or, just plain service credit card customers from AU.
