depende naman talaga sa tao.

kung tatamad tamad ka. wala kang initiative. lagi kang absent...talagang hindi ka mappromote.

mahirap na yung panahon ngayon. nung nagsimula ako 5 years ago pwede pa, pero sa ngayon ilang libo na yung dumagdag sa industriya so lalong bumaba yung chance... and as we all know, di naman gumanda yung economy ng US.

The times are different now - hindi na agad-agad nag-promote ng mga tao ang Management sa mga call center kasi nga they're also thinking about the cost of promoting a person to a higher post and another salary grade. Alam niyo na - economic recession in North America, and we are directly affected by it - dahil kapag walang pambayad ang mga client, mababawasan din tayo ng tao.

I dunno - meron pa bang CC na may fast track to promotion?

Simply put it this way, I (or other people) can give you names of call centers (or other companies in a different industry) but it's NEVER an assurance that anyone who joins that company will get promoted. There are a lot of factors to be considered in promoting someone, but skills and experience stand out.
