Imagine that, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt being offered 30-40k only? hahaha. That's why IBM Daksh has been posting that "Certified Six Sigma Professional" at jobstreet for over a year.
In CVG, minimum for a 6sigma black belt is P50k.
Another friend of my in Watson Wyatt told me that the BPO industry starting salary for 6sigma certified professionals:
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt P40,000
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt P80,000
Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt P160,000
The offer from daksh is even low for a certified green belt.
Ang barat nila. hehehe.
Six sigma professionals are only few in our country. Only few institutions provide trainings and certifications and it costs more than P130k up for black belt training.
Black belts certification is very hard to attain. Very technical job. You have to master advance statistical tools, master Minitab/Statistica computer software and have leadership skills.
If you want to have a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in your company, you have to pay a handsome price. you'll have to pay better than 'handsome' if you want to pirate someone.
