what can you say about call centers attrition rates?

The attrition rate of our team is 10 % average per month. Mga 2 agents per month yon kasi around 20 kami.
attrition will always be rather high. Ang taas ng turn over rate sa contact center. An average agent will stay 6 months, tapos, maghahanap na yan ng bagong job. ANg dali lang kasi makahanap and maraming callcenter ang willing magbayad ng mas mataas.
Kung sa management level naman, e mas mababa syempre ang attrition rate.
Sa agents lang naman nagkakaproblema

attrition is always factored in a good and robust staffing plan. usual budget annualized attrition would be 48-50%. callcenters let attrition take its natural course because, let's face it, the more tenured agents are, the higher the cost. though atrocious attrition rates (like 52% and above) will mean more investment in new hire training classes.
