thomsonreuters is a information providing company... just passed their final interview today.. their looking for help desk representative for data application.. pioneer batch palang.. prime manpower is their recruiting partner.. but the final panel interview is being conducted by someone from thomsonreuters.....

yung pang tech tapos na, i overheard some manpower folks about it. they only need 85 people para sa data application helpdesk... kasi pag katapos **** ng final interview kakausapin ka nung taga manpower kung ano ang ng yari at kung ano ang mga tinatanong, and they will give you a feedback if you pass or if you screwed it... and the training is for 10 weeks... looks promising to me though..

i also had my initial interview with them unfortunately,i haven't received any call for the final interview. more on stock exchange kasi sila. thomson is the financial side and reuters is the media partners and they eventually merged. Bloomberg ang counterpart nila. Well, hopeful din ako na matawag pa ulit...:mecry:

hi athran24, that's what they told me also after the final interview.. but my recruiter lester told me it was a yes hinabol nya pa ako sa elevator lobby to informed me about the result and sbi nya just wait for a call para dun sa job offer. puro financial nga ang tanong. thy will ask you how would you rate your knowledge about the financial industry. eh sabi ko average. hala they ask me a bazzilion of questions.. kung ano daw difference ng stock and ng bond kung ano daw a reason kung bakit bumagsak ang ecomomy ng u.s..buti nlang mahilig akong manood nh cnn. dalawag expat na babae yung ng interview skin c eva andsi rachell .. they are nice by the way..

well you would know if pass if the folks for manpower informed you that its a yes after the final interview.. as ive said lester informed me that i passed just before i left. she had also send me an email collecting 4 references so the the job offer could be presented to me as soon as possible .. as per walk in.. im not sure, but i dont think they entertain walk in applicants.. they had just called me inviting me for an interview. i ask naman lester, where did she got my number.. jobstreet was the answer.. they do like resume search...

^^^ fascinating, yes it is. now with the result, expat would told you that you would receive a call by the end of this month if you are chosen, but after the final **** you would know na eh kasi the recruiter (manpower) would inform you if you pass. now if they said the same thing, maybe it was a "no".....

two steps lang application process nila.. initial interview with a manpower recruiter... medyo mahaba lang interview... behavioral interview ito.. mostly situational questions.. they would also ask you if you know something about the financial industry... the if you pass you would be endorse for a final "panel" interview.. both interviewers are expat.. same thing behavioral and situational question... but here they would be more specific with the financial questions.. and also a good thing about prime manpower is that they would couch you before the final interview.. longest post ko to ah.. hope this answer all your questions. final interview are scheduled o march 16....

so hows the interview.... well hindi **** nila ako binigyan ng test.. after ng initial interview.. after a couple of days tinawagan na nila ako for the final interview.... luckily i pass.. well yun yong cnasabi nila na hindi call center ito.. partly correct because it was not outsource to your usual bpo company.. inhouse sya.. tapos the way they explained the job dun sa cockatail partly it seems na business to business and dating ng trabaho.. helpdesk nga ang trabaho "natin" hahaha.... all the best i hope you pass.. kelan final interview mo march 16 ba? all the best.....

yup.. do have more than 4 years of cc experience all of which are from telco accounts.... as far as i know the offer would consider your tenure and your overall score..

well the reason i ask 18k as a starting salary is that i dont want to scare them off... baka masyadong mataas pag humingi ako ng mataas at di ako tagapin.. i believe kasi that loyalty would be rewarded over time.. and knowing that this is a start up.. i'll gladly take if they offer me 18k im thinking abount the prospect of promotion kc... 25k basic plus 1k rice allowance plus transpo and meal allowance... not bad for me.. yup the best person to ask is lester.. they may offer 30k if they think the person deserves it .. hope you make it.. see you to dude

Hello po, pwede po pahelp? Nagapply po ako Thomson, March 23 and I ahd my initial interview with Ms. Nina. I had my 2nd interview nung March 25 at 9PM, sabi po sakin look for Mr. Marion Ancheta or Mr. Christopher de Leon, pero when I arrived wala po sila kaya po si Ms. Mai yung nakasuap ko, yung Team Leader po ng Profiles Dept. (ata) basta po sa 5th floor ng Multinational Bancorp., then sabi po nya ifoforward daw po yung resume ko sa group manager and wait lang po ako sa call. Halos mag-3 weeks na po, wala pa din ako narereceive na call for my 3rd interview. Yung friend ko po na nag-2nd interview nung March 26 e nag-3rd interview na po nung March 31, same dept. lang po yung pinaginterviewhan samin. Hindi ko naman po mafollow-up kasi po answering machine yung sumasagot, ask ko lang po pano ko po malalaman kung ano na po status ng application ko. Thanks.
