im thinking of buying an AB Rocket machine. Is there anybody here who is currently or have used this machine or the likes of it?

if so, does it really flatten the abs?
how did/does it work for you? what other exercises do you incorporate?

o meron na nga bang nakapag try gumamit ng AB Rocket at lumabas ang 6 packs na inaasam?

sabagay maganda at nakaka-engganyo talaga y.u.n.g tv commercial ng AB Rocket machine pero yung mga models na pinapakita nila na gumagamit noon ay dati ng ripped. wala pa naman silang napapatunayan na meron nga dating mataba na pumayat sa exercise machine na yun.

suggestion ko sayo mr. o ms. rebel e mag pull ups at mag squats ka na lang ng 8 reps in 8 sets 3-4 times a week

tapos iwasan mong kumain ng matatamis, maaalat at malalangis na pagkain para makamit mo ang iyong pagka-asam-asam na delicious na abs :D

as of now, ndi pa naman ako after of developing a six pack.hehehe
gusto ko muna mag flat yung abs ko... ano po *** ma suggest nyo na excersie that doesnt involve sit ups? kc po i have a bad back...

There are a lot of alternative exercises that target the core muscles yet does not require sit-ups. Dong a plank position, mountain climbers, or alternating knee tucks (the routine you see on Hip Hop Abs) are great for the abs but do not hurt your back and neck.
