Anyone who works here? What is the working condition? Not as sales agent, as sales training supervisor. I had my phone interview after lunch and it seems okay. How is the stress level? :D Anyway, I will be relocated if ever. Post your insights please. Thanks!

Pay is low but benefits are ok. It's not that "corporate" because you deal with class c and d people. pressured ka to hit monthly goals (sales and recruitment). If I were you, I won't go for it.

anyway, i think the benefits are ok cause of the rellocation allowance. ^^ but i am actually concerned with the "corporate" feel. oo nga class c and d people and ittrain ko. and even though I am a training supervisor, id still be required to hit monthly goals?? grabe. i gave them a high salary expectation hahaha kaya siguro they didnt call back but still put me on consideration.
