Dapat ka na bang mag resign kung 4 months wala ka pa ring computer?

that is totally absurd!!:grrr:

being an asst. manager she/he should be proactive considering her position

he/she should notify someone higher than the manager

and like someone said bring your own laptop in the meantime...


or maybe she/he should resign....I'm sure there are people who would love to see him/'her resign just because his/her buttons were pushed by not having a computer...

dati naman nung mga panahon pa ng mga nanay natin, kahit walang computer ang manager, nagiging efficient naman sila. i don't think working without a computer would make her less efficient.

Ganun?? Bakit pa kaya nagtayo ng business yang company na yan kung wala man lang computers. Basic need kaya un para magawa nila *** trabaho nila esp. kung puro paper works un.

Anyway, if he/she unable to perform the task that is required of him/her, she/he should demand for it, but not resign.

Madali lang 'yan. Kuha s'ya ng lumang TV, typewriter, tsaka telepono. Ipagdikitdikit 'yan ng glue o tape, pwede na 'yan mag-internet. :glee: Sakaling mag-resign 'yan dahil walang computer, ibigay na lang ang trabaho sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho kahit walang computer.

kakatuwa naman tong scenario na to. pero depende nga talaga sa role nya. kung di naman nya kelangan ng PC, e di oks alng. :)

pero baka naman di niya kailangan as assistant manager (ng ano?) mag computer kaya di siya binibigyan.

ngayon kung mapatunayan niyang deliberate yung di pagbigay ng computer, aba, skip level - isumbong kay bonggang-bonggang bongbong (boss ng boss niya) - in short, HINDI dapat.

so make sure lang na kelangan niya talaga ng computer sa trabaho niya, kasi kung hindi, "time to shine" na niya, in a bad way.

Napakababaw na dahilan para mag resign. Di naman lahat ng work kailangan ng computer.

Anyway, kung Assistant Manager siya, he/she should have the guts to ask his immediate boss kung magkakaroon ba siya ng computer o hindi.

If not having a computer hinders his/her job, I think he/she should have realized that way earlier, not until 4 months later to realize that.

Otherwise, ang babaw na dahilan yan lalo na kung di naman nya kelangan ng computer para makapagtrabaho.

well, i think as a manager he will make reports once in a while which will definitely be more convenient if may computer sya. stupid resigning cause there is no computer? not really. but i agree he should not do that. hence, he should bring it up to somebody higher than him so that it could be resolved.

and,, nakakapagtaka naman, ganu ba kaliit *** company para di mabigyan ang officer level employee ng kahit low performance computer?

asst. manager ka na you must be able to make a decision.

If the company can't afford to buy you a computer, then suggest an alternative like bringing in your own laptop and charge them for the time you use it or find an alternative source that the company can afford like terms of payment or rent-to-own.

Resignation just shows your incompetence and maturity in your role.

unang pagkaintindi ko sa title eh, kala ko magreresign sya dahil 4 months n sya eh d pa sya nakakabili ng sarili nyang computer, at need nya mag resign para sa mas mataas na sahod at ng makabili na sya ng computer nya.. awts.. d kasi ako nagbabasa agad.. :glee:
