Hmm, it is imperative for you to prepare on situations where your customer/s will say "Wala akong pambayad eh.." What will you do with this? Will you take him to court and pay more? Will you take his assets? etc...

Di sa tinatakot kita but I've seen it myself.

If you really wanna pursue this, then at least you've got to acquire a guarantee from the other party to pay off their obligations. The most practical that I can think of is either:
1. Collateral: Alahas, mga valuable items, etc
2. PDC.

In theory, you can file a criminal case kung tumalbog yun, but do you think you can afford to go through all the hassle sa pagsampa ng kaso, lalo na kung di naman ganung kalakihang halaga ang pinaguusapan?

To say the least, you must account those factors in your interest.

Good luck :)

im currently developing a software program for my client. He just started his business 1 year ago and he only has 2 assistants. since i have the control of their system, i tried to compute their monthly income and to tell you what, he earns minimum of 1.5 million pesos per month. lending business is a good business since you just play around with the money but it's so risky. naexperience na niya rin tinakbuhan ng 8 million. his action is very simple - "START OVER"
