Have you notice that some of the Indian call centers discriminates undergrad or graduate of associate courses? If not qualified the salary is different from those who has degree courses even you have experienced.

anyway, having a degree is definitely an advantage. all things being equal - 2 employees have 3 yrs of experience each, but 1 has not completed his undergraduate degree, while the other has a Bachelor's degree... the graduate has better opportunities because he may have the necessary skills needed by the company for some future activities.
