Beware of this Appco Group job post in jobstreet, jobsdb etc.

It's very misleading and a part of Cobra Group Co.

See link below for information regarding this company:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/211/RipOff0211295.htm

Or just search Appco Group and Cobra Group in google aand decide for yourself.

Grabe... Buti na lang nagsearch talaga ako regarding APPCO. I am scheduled for an interview yesterday. However, madami akong pending jobs sa office kaya di ako nakatuloy and I asked for a resched. I was scheduled on Mon.

Aabsent pa man din sana ako work ko sa Monday to have my interview in APPCO. Buti na lang... Whew... Everything that I've read from the internet regarding APPCO and Cobra are negative (well except for their website and jobstreet ad)

That's why I'm wondering how come that in the job ads, they are looking for management trainees and sales executives pero hindi requirement na college graduate or with experience.

Whoah! This company is the one I'm eying for 5 months. I submitted my resume last March apparently I failed to show up in their interviews for some reasons! Although, I confirmed! LOL. I think, I did five times resending my resume just to get another interview schedule. Kaya pala I have the feeling of not going in their interview. Their portfolio is tempting...really tempting. But when I found out this thread, kita ko kagad yung name ng company... Although, I don't have any ideas yet on what you guys telling... can you share your experience what happend? What is really the job for the Management trainee position in APPCO?

1st interview = the normal interview (intro, experience, etc)

2nd interview = "field observation" daw. pumunta kami sa iasng mall, nagset-up sila ng booth (of an international organization, looks credible though) tapos they started talking to by-passers, trying to convince them to "register"/"subscribe"? but they noted that they are not sales people daw. wala lang, ang dating kasi saken parang yung mga ahente ng mga real estate sa mall tapos makikipag-sapalaran kang makakuha ng customer sa mga dumadaang tao. :bop:

Came across this thread as i was researching about Appco in manila. I am 19, born and raised in cavite and is at sydney at the moment and working under cobra. It is not as bad as neggheads make it seem to be. People gotta start somewhere, in whatever business or industry you want to be in. I knocked on ****ing doors, i ran on the field for months and I am a crew manager right now going on assistant ownership. We get business trips everywhere to bali, to darwin, to japan. What's so bad about that? Ive read heaps of articles about the cobra group but blah,i knew where i was gonna go and i am on my way there.Working with cobra is one of the best things ive done in my life, ive travelled, i met new people, i earned good money, i picked up a lot of skills, i made lifelong friends and business partners and I would never regret the decision i took when i dropped out of University...Opportunity is there, u just gotta work hard. Why would i pick up an average ****ing job doing 9am-5pm, and earn a fixd amount when i can maximize my profit as much as i can?? think about it. In every thing you do, u gotta work hard, u gotta start small.. btw, in doing sales and knocking on doors, i made about 700 bucks in my first week...now, i get meetings with the vice presidents and jumping on free holiday trips. just think carefully about it before you judge something...

xx
