I'm saying though that it's possible that the person holding the camera and the patron/client were in on the whole thing possibly to get attention or to use it as a demo, say, for example, in a MA Psych class or thesis etc.

Or.. used in a similar situation such as those shown in Wow mali or "Yari Ka"

It seems real though. She was already recorded at Citibank and then this, so most likely its real. And i've read the comments on youtube about the guy who recorded it and they did an investigation on the lady and she really has problems. Something like she was really rich but everyone she knows left her, something like that..
