What position did you apply for? Helpdesk? Also balitaan mo kami ng process after the initial phone interview, and range of compensation. Thanks in advance bro?;)

For helpdesk position itong inapplyan ko.

Una ganito yun. Tumawag sila conducting a short interview, then they asked me to come over for the initial interview. Kala ko interview lang may exam pala.

Ayun kakatapos lang ng interview/exam. Madali lang exam kasi math english saka abstract lang. Pero nahirapan ako hehehe bobo na ako sa math eh, dumugo din ilong ko sa english kahit sa call center ako ngayon.

1 hour ang duration ng aptitude exam pero hindi naman nasunod. I think more than 1 hour ko natapos *** exam hindi ko na masyado tinandaan kung ilang items. Pero mahaba!

Tapos while doing the exam, tinawag ako ni.. Jenni ata un, for the phone patch interview with the CEO and VP. Supposedly eto daw *** initial interview, kaunti lang naman tinanong normal questions like describe yourself, and your skills. Siguro half pa lang ng exam natatapos ko nung tinawag ako. Medyo magulo nga kasi d pa ako tapos, tapos interview.

Tapos wala na, mukhang hindi ako pumasa. Sabi tatawagan na lang daw ako within this week. Pero mukhang malabo, or ewan. Kasi if you were interviewed by the CEO and VP of the company dapat alam mo na kung tanggap ka na diba? So siguro hindi me tanggap, since tatawagan na lang daw. Pero wala pa yung results nung exam. D na lang ako masyado aasa.

Mukhang maganda naman yung company. Puro expats *** nakikita ko. Ganda ng office. Nakakabingi lang kasi ang taas ng opisina. 37th flr. Pagpasok ko pa sa reception area kala ko hindi IT company. Parang pang psychiatrist *** reception kasi may parang bed. which is upuan pala hehe na in black leather. Kala ko rin restaurant, kasi may mga parang chef or barista na biglang lumabas sa office nila.

So far wala ako masasabi sa compensation since hindi naman ako umabot pa dun. Tinanong ko naman si HR kung sasabihin nila kung pass or fail, oo naman daw.

Yun lang muna. Balitaan ko kayo if natawagan ako or e-mail within the week.

I applied for Helpdesk position first week of April. I emailed my resume to Ms. Ward. I finally got a call last week and was interviewed via phone for 15 minutes. I was asked to come to LKG Tower 37F last Monday. I filled up an appllication form and was interviewed by 2 Americans via phone. Then had a personality test. Then I got an email from Ms. Ward yesterday informing me that I passed the interview and I was one of the shortlisted candidates. I am being scheduled for another set of interviews. Hay sana makapasa ulit sa interview.;)

@QLCPrisoner..I had the same experience...I received an email from Jenny Wart after 2 long weeks.She said I am shortlisted for the 2nd interview but there is no schedule yet...until now *** pa rin balita.Hays... parang ACS part 2 to ah...
