Start-Up Call Center Company

Does anyone here know anyone who's interested in starting up a call center? Yung kaibigan ko kasi nagbabalak, e mas madali kung magsama ng ibang tao na may balak na rin.

May tips din ba kayo on how to put something like this up? Covered na yung bases re: clients and equipment (medj), pero yung problema rin kasi yung location, sino yung mga pwedeng i-hire, etc.
