Life in the call center industry is sometimes hard that's why people resign and either look for another line of work or start their own business. Some BPO's offer retirement pays or compensation once you reach a certain amount of years of servitude. Minsan naiisip ko na kung hindi ako makahanap ng call / contact center na may account that suits my needs and wants, baka mag-shift na lang ako totally.
Need opinions po regarding these...
1) What lines of work can a former CC agent normally go to?
2) If you get a retirement pay, or if you've accumulated a certain amount of money to start your own biz, what business would you like to put up?
