SC Johnson now has a shared service housed in their Rockwell office. I heard they are sending staff to Australia to be trained/to migrate processes to the service center here in Manila.
Does anyone here happen to be working there? Please share your thoughts on the work, culture, comp & ben, etc. Thanks! :D

I have collegues and former staff working here
Its true that some are sent to Australia and even China for training
The Rockwell office/plant (Operations/Distribution) might be transferring to the LIIP office in Laguna, but the Shared Services office might remain in Rockwell
Its a MNC, thus its benefits & compensation are better than most local companies

Okay dito, 25K++ ang base salary, morning shift since they are catering Asia Pacific Region. Up to 14th month pay, tapos may performance bonus. Marami rin silang leaves...
Tapos na ang wave 1 and Wave 2... wave 1 yung sa Australia, Wave 2 Greater China so malaman pupunta sila China, Taiwan... etc.
There are plans for Wave 3... di ko lang alam kung anong country since I'm not an employee there... hehehe

then the ultimate question:
How can one apply?
If it's with John Clements, well how would one tell them that they target a specific client; like in the case, SC Johnson.

With what I experienced sa mga post nila sa jobstreet and sa site nila, naka-indicate naman paminsan like this position is for SC Johnson.. may code then kung walk-in ka you have to look for a certain person na assigned para dun sa recruitment ng company na yun..
Paminsan din sa post nila di minemention yung company may clue lang about the company like this position is for a multinational company FMC based in Makati.. hula hula na lang kung anong company yun kung di mo alam kung anong mga partners nilang company..hehe
~~~~~~~
Naka-try na ba kayo mag-apply through recruitment firms like johnclements, I heard na medyo matagal daw ang process??
Yes, I thought about this also. Thanks!
Kasi for me, I don't only consider the job title and the salary. Siyempre, importante din sa akin yung reputation ng company. Maganda pag sikat. Choosy ako.
