yes by july all the pilam operation will be transffered by net plaza or by late august the whole building willbe owned by jp morgan chase but the building in net quad will still be retained. yes just email me your resume backoffice is still available

I received a call from JP Morgan's HR just this afternoon and she conducted a phone interview, told me to wait for the result within 24 hours. I was at the mall so it was a bit noisy during the conversation, I'm afraid I wasn't able to focus that time. =(

Sa mga nag undergo ng phone interview, did she tell you to wait for the result or gave you the next instruction? Be honest to me guys, hehe. I don't want to have a sleepless night tonight. =)

nag-apply na ako dati dito.. pero hindi ko tinanggap dahil pinili ko ang ibang kumpanya para lang masundan ang crush ko na umalis na rin naman.. :bop:

ang tanong: pwede pa bang mag-apply ulit kahit na hindi ako tumuloy nung una akong natanggap? may posibilidad bang tanggapin nila ako ulit?

-medical benifits are competitive around 150k limit in intellicare and upong regularizations 2 dependents get the same benifits for free. employee lounge yes, car service? we have parking for employees for free i dont really get what you mean by car service.Starting salary for fresh grads arent as high as those with experience but more competitive than other comapny I cannot disclose an exact figure because it varies.

-about that the company doesnt have a "car service" because the fort bus roams the area and drop people off ayala edsa.

actually it depends on what department your in in tss there's graveyard card services has mornings. Doesnt necessarily follow that if your in non voice your autmatically day shift depends on department there are call center agents who work in the morning as well. to chaddictmac im not sure about the bakcooffice in philam because eric olivia handles that kindly send him an sms

-not really they usually have a landline number to call you guys up but it's possible in some cases the use a company cellphone

Nag-apply ako kanina for any back office position but I was informed that CURRENTLY there is no back office position open... so they ask me if I still want to proceed with the interview or just wait for a back office position opening in the future.. I said I'll just wait.

...then I left. :)

i took my exam last dec16. they scheduled me for initial interview with miss imperial the next day and by night @ 7pm,i met up with the avp, sir jenny. they said it's for the TSS Fund Accounting Associate position and that it's an urgent one. sadly, i was like 40mins late for the final interview. actually, i was already there by 7:15 (still late though) but unfortunately for me, the receptionist took his break and left the janitor in charge who, for whoeverssake, didnt know how to contact miss marban (she was the last hr who directed me to sir jenny).
anyways, sir jenny was really mabait, he still accomodated me. after we talked, he told me he'd call within two weeks or before new year. it's already a wk past the given period and yet *** pa ko narereceive. i dropped by your recruitment hub the other day and they told me na *** pang note from the higher ups. even the other applicant,who ive been corresponding with thru facebook, di pa rin ** tinatawagan. ive been also trying to call your hotline, kaso puno na daw mailbox so i could no longer leave a message.

Job Description

As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will minimize and prevent losses resulting from high risk and fraudulent monetary and non-monetary transactions. You will work under general supervision and demonstrate some judgment capability to review and/or investigate routine risk transactions or reports. In accordance with departmental procedures and Federal Regulations, you will take proactive measures to prevent losses through any of the following: performing investigations, placing deposit holds, returning checks, restricting accounts, blocking ATM/debit cards, analyzing suspicious account activity and properly reporting and categorizing activity that has created loss exposure. You will operate in a team environment and often have customer communications as a key component of your job responsibility. You will also rely upon effective relationships with Corporate Security, the Law Department, account officers and other representatives from various lines of business, and outside financial institutions.

Ability to:

* Independently perform routine account activity review of risky transactions
* Following standard procedures and action plans to reduce exposure on suspect items and/or transactions
* Opening fraud or loss cases as necessary and ensuring that case files are accurate and complete with all appropriate dispositions and detailed notes

The staff members interact each day with customers, attorneys, and third parties via telephone combining collection, negotiation, and customer service skills. Loss Mitigation Underwriters will review and analyze customer financial documentation and propose Modification solutions to assist customers in retaining homeownership.

As a Default Quality Specialist you will be responsible for the review of the Loss Mitigation workout, with focus on verifying the accuracy of the Negotiator or Underwriters's review and analysis of our customers' financial ability and property information, to ensure the most suitable workout was arrived at and the terms of the workout are accurate. These points of validation are based on guidelines and polices established by our Investors, Insurers, and Guarantors, as well as our own internal policies and procedures. The Default Quality Specialist also verifies accuracy of the myriad closing documents, system updates and interdepartmental hand-off processes for each workout. This is done to ensure terms, contribution amounts and requisite system documentation are accurate and thorough and in accordance with Investor, Insurer, and Guarantor Guidelines. Whereas the Default Quality Specialist uses a checklist to guide him/her through the workout validation process, it is imperative the individual be acutely familiar with the Investor, Insurer, and Guarantor guidelines surrounding Loss Mitigation.

Scope



The Audit and Compliance Manager's scope extends to all risk domains - information risk, operational risk, resiliency, compliance risk, reputation risk, financial risk, tax risk, regulatory risk, migration risk and any other risk definitions that are relevant to JMPC for Cebu Philippines Cardmember Services.



Audit/ Compliance/ Information Security

* Ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately identified and investigated by conducting periodic compliance monitoring reviews and testing in Cebu
* Follow-up and monitor closure of open issues arising from these reviews, working closely with Operations and other functions within the organization
* Provide recommendations and general guidance to various functions on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future

* Provide meaningful inputs for effective discussions as requested with the global risk governance forums

Supplier Reviews

* Perform operation/technical risk reviews of third parties/vendor
* Schedule reviews and site visits with third party operations on a timely basis
* Carry out the review process and on-site reviews
* Report findings to Card services stakeholders after completion of the visit
* Facilitate with the development of Action Plans for the remediation of identified findings between Supplier/Partner and LoB relationship manager

Resiliency
