CVG concerns

hi guys... taga CVG1 po ako at meron *** akong mga konting katanungan.. meron po bang project penguin account s svg san lazaro? kasi im thinking n magpa lateral transfer there but i want the same account sana. cvg san lazaro is only a few blocks away from where i live and i think we will be transferred to G5 next week which is bad news for me. it'll really help if ill be transferred to san lazaro pero ayoko magkaroon ng atrition *** TL ko. saka baket po ganun? puro split off kame? madame n akong kakilalang umalis kc split off ***. sana **** baguhin nila un kc mahirap *** split off. pabago-bago *** body clock and according to studies, there is a possibility that u may shorten ur lifespan if ur body clock always change. that is why im thinking that cvg is not taking care of their agents. sana po reply *** mga tga cvg... ano2 po b merong account s san lazaro?

okay lang sa kanila na mahirapan ang mga ahente basta sila sumusuweldo...
wala pang san lazaro site.. ok n sana *** office computers nlng ang kulang pero nde pa operational.. tiis ganda knlng sa site kung saan k man nakaassign...

hi there! unfortunately, walang penguin acct sa san lazaro. and about your split off, tiis lang ng konti, bago yang acct nyo so they need to spread the people sa lahat ng shift na covered. normal yan for every new acct, kung baga.. yan yun tinatawag na birth pains ng isang acct.

ganyan din kami before with my prev acct (TWC) wave 2 ako dun and there were like 60agents only, so imagine the spread right? every week palit ng palit ng sched, karamihan split talaga. but it only lasted i think, 3months nun dumami na kami eh di happy happy na kaming lahat sa sched.

kausapin mo yung TL mo. meron din skip level meets with OMs. chance niyo yun para masabi yung mga concerns re: operations. wag muna mag-resign agad. baka naman may paraan na maayos para sa parehong agents & company. *okay*
