Would like to know more about this company's benefits package as well as the perks that go with being a part of the IT team. :)

I used to work here for almost 3 years since i graduated college. First job ko to as an IT Specialist. Yung sahod depende sa sa post syempre, for entry level fresh grads kami dati around 12.5k tuwang tuwa na ko nun sa ganung halaga, fresh grad pa lang e. Benefits ok din, HMO dati is Medicard, they switched to Maxicare at nagkaron din ng card parents ko which is good kasi nagagamit talaga nila. Pag holiday season bumabaha ng mga christmas basket me kasama wine at hams, di lang ham kundi, hams.. hehe. Christmas party din bigtime, kasama lahat ng IBM subs like IBM Daksh, IBM BUsiness Services at IBM Philippines, bumaha ng pagkain at alak. Syempre me summer outing din, last year sa Club Manila East. Other typical benefits 13-14 month pay, Yearly Salary increase pero di ganon kataas.

Yan yung mga naabutan ko, pero sabi ng mga opismate kong andun pa din, last year medyo binawasan yung mga activities dahil siguro sa recession, smaller christmas party, hindi na buong IBM, ISD nalang, wala daw xmas basket nun at me bayad ang gusto umattend ng party. Other than that ok pa rin naman yung ibang benefits.

Thanks for the reply guys, im still searching good companies, unfortunately la pa ko nahahanap :( so please pag may alam kayo post *** kayo dito. pero ngttraining ako *****. lol. sa teleperformance, try lang, pero gusto ko **** graphic artist.

what about the allowances? ano-ano ba mga allowances nila?

yung mga IT staff on call ba nila eh laptops ang naka - assign at di desktops?

sa libis ang base nito, diba? so may transportation allowance ba na binigay?

nakalimutan ko na yung ibang allowance e, merong rice allowance, clothing, transpo allowance para sa mga field engineer lang. Yung sa laptop hindi ko alam kung ano or sino sino ang binibigyan ng laptop para sa work nila, pero ako from desktop to laptop nung ako pumalit sa admin namin. aside from that, karamihan e desktop na. meron ding huge discount pag me brandnew laptop sale usually around holiday season. Oo sa eastwood ang ISD.

I like to work at IBM also.. but what's the difference of IBM in LIBIS and the IBM located at UP-AYALA TECHNO HUB.. :D

Hi, I have a job offer sa IBM kaso hinde nga lang direct hire (Dumaan pa kc
ako sa isang company then they will deploy me sa IBM Solutions Delivery...)
Anyone here from Java Development Group?..
I just wanted to ask some details
1) Ok ba un Java development group ng IBM sa libis?
2) Ng-aabsorb/ngreregular sila ng contractuals na galing sa ibang company?
3) Ngpapadala ba sila sa abroad?
4) Ok ba un culture dito? Mababait ba un mga tao dto, etc.

ang daming thread ng ISD ah. heheheh

anyway....nagkaroon na ko ng phone tech interview dito. mga 10pm sila tumawag sakin noon. so ako....medyo bangag na kasi sa mga oras na yun ako usually natutulog.:eek:

matagal din *** usapan namin. medyo na-lost track ako sa ibang tanong. pero sana maging okay result ng usapan. kinabahan ako ng marami dun *okay*
