Most call centers have the same format for applicants.

Bring your resume and other usual stuff needed to bring in a job interview.

Usual First Step

Most call centers, derechong interview na, where they'll select the first batch of applicants, questions here are answerable by 3-4 sentences like what's your hobby, why did you take up your course. others would have grammar, typing and phone skills tests for initial screening

Second Interview

More detailed and personal questions, usually, reasoning, describing, etc. ang skills na hahanapin. If you can defend your opinion by 12-15 sentences or in 1 minute, it's also the opportunity for the interviewers to find flaws like Ps and Fs syndrome, uhhhmmms, incorrect subject verb agreement, unparalleled tense, poor or thickened accent etc.

Final Interview

Mga ilan na lang kayo dito, more on psycho yung questions like your determination to work in a call center, if your easily trainable or pasaway ka ba?

Good luck.:)
