Hinihingi pa ba talaga ang TOR kahit tangap ka na work para makumpleto yung requirements nila? o hinihingi lang ng company yun kapag fresh grad yung new hiree/employee nila?

I think hinihingi pa, if mga 2 to 3 years ka pang nagwowork. Yung kapatid ko hiningian pa eh.

hinihingi pa din. pero never ako natanong tungkol sa mga grades ko. as in not once. i wonder why.

i think in general they still ask for it but in my case i don't think i've had to submit it.

Yung sa current work ko, hiningan ako but more of a proof na graduate ako sa school na sinabi ko, not because of my grades.

Experience counts as you climb up the corporate ladder.

Transcript of Records are very handy, even when getting jobs overseas. And ask for more than 2 copies from your Registar's Office - even if it takes them a month.

Yup, i think Dacs is right. It's really more of a proof that you really did graduate :p Usually they ask for either transcript or diploma. I'm not sure if there are cases wherein they ask for both, coz i'm not really an expert (yet haha) :)

In the case of freshers like myself though, some strict companies still do review the transcripts. May mga dapat isa lang ang bagsak or something like that.
