sa convergys ortigas 1350k lang pa la cc experience, 14750k pag meron plus 3k na allowance pero sa bonus panalo pag masipag ka lang...super petiks ng acct, yun lang may quota (san ba wala dba??!!)

abt collections? imho, best type of account now kasi financially rewarding (depends), mahirap but rewarding. Ang tsismis ko sa encore pinahahatian ng team ang commish na minsan umaabot daw ng $800, pede na. and mganda benefits cvg. :)

ewan ko pero the best ang commissions ng NCO recoveries account... Hardcore collections and yeah mahirap pero super saya ng compensation... no limit ang commission, kapag pinagsama ang galing at swerte, talagang malaki maiuuwi mo... an agent got a commission of like 120k pesos in a month,.. just imagine how good is that... :)

plus lots of perks, incentives, bonuses, raffle draws and other stuffs...

wala pang AHT and no issues regarding escalations... escalate lang ng escalate kapag kailangan... yun nga lang, you need to reach the goal every month... hanggang ma-tsugi ka na heheh :)

i find collections acct challenging kasi talagang wala akong background tapos medyo pushy ka na magalang in a way para makakuha ka ng bayad... i know i'll enjoy this acct kahit mahirap nga pero ayos talaga pagdating sa incentives...bonggang bongga heheheh

nope...samin madali lang goals..nagulat na lang ako pasado score card ko hehehe....

kung alam ko lang na masaya sa collections sana noon pa pala ako nag apply as collections agent kesa CSR masakit sa ulo

yung me mga utang sa collections pag talaga me utang at kailangan pa nila services ng company magbabayad ng utang pero pag wala sila pakialam answering machine sasagot sa yo. totoo walang aht at wala masyado call flow pero sa na experience ko me protocol katulad ng di mo pwede i reveal ang utang sa isang third party unless me me written authorization na pwede mo reveal magkano utang alam ko me inbound at outbound collection mas maganda kung inbound.

yung Bf ko ngwowork sa ADMEREX solutions local collections account hawak nila. 11k basic + 1,100 meal and transpo allowance overall 12k pero xempre complete benifits din sila (sss, pag-ibig, BIR, philhealth and medicare) :) dati HSBC 5th level hawak nia now nalipat ** ng globe plan hehe.. okay to para sa mga 1st timers... local lang hahawakan mong account..Oh di ba Bongga?!
