Most of us (applicants) are always complaining about the status of our application, like, it would take weeks or months for them to call us for our Job Offer, Result of medical exam, after passing several tests. And lastly, kung nakapasa ba tayo sa Final Interview with the OM or Supervisor, right? Despite na pinafollow-up naman natin yung application natin. And worst, they won't call you at all. Sana may makasagot nitong questions ko.

hi ahente101, i believe the answer to this is that, recruiting departments or recruiters in general process A LOT of applications in a day... however, in a call center industry, the process is usually 1 day or if there are any problems siguro it would take around a week or so... pero just the same, if after an interview, you can already know if you've passed it or not, just by simply asking the interviewer... where are you working now? if you need a job, i could refer you, just PM me if you want... ;p
