Tumawag po ako sa CVG G5 and sabi nila may account daw na may weekend off dun (pag part time ata).

Meron po bang nakakaalam kung ano yun?

rotation naman ang scheds sa lahat ng call center, with CVG , you can opt for that sched kung available pa, but its not really based on your account
