helllooo there!

Just want to ask about this company?hows their hiring process?is this a good company for a developer position?starting pay for a 2-3 year programming experience? any idea? any comments/replies are highly appreciated...thanks....:)

Make sure wag magsign ng sobrang tagal na contract. Mas maganda if for regular position.

Ako kasi DPH, 2 years ang contract. Nung hinire kami, ang panghatak nila sa min is the chance to get dispatched to the US. Nag-stay ako sa US ng 4 months but after ko makabalik, tinanggal na nila yun, so medyo di happy ngayon. Kasi yung allowance yung pinaka-"perk" dito.

Exagg yung bond ko, di kayang bayaran unless tumama ko sa lotto. So isa pa to sa dapat i-note. Ok lang naman sana kung yung skill na na-acquire ko dito e sobrang laki ng sweldo ko after ko umalis.

downsides:

hindi dito flexi time
dress down is only on the last fri of the month
conservative ang company kasi japanese (KALOKOHAN)

dun ka pa rin ba until now? lahat ba ng offer nilang position may bond? panu *** hiring process?technical interviews?how many interviews? ok ba *** training ** and *** work, my skills bang ma-acquired?thanks for the reply....

yeah, the hiring process is different per project/position, as far as i know. i undergone one exam, three interviews, including client interview.

hmm.. i believe 3years lahat ang bond nila.. also for programmer position.. kahit help desk nila hehe..
