Wondering if anyone has checked out Crossfit (http://www.crossfit.com/) workouts?
Their workouts look like this:
3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps
That's a pretty tough workout. Three days of randomized workouts with one day of rest. Workouts are either timed, max reps, or max weight.
It seems to be popular with cops/SWAT/firemen/athletes that need all-around strength, stamina and agility.
