Hmm.. I don't know why you are particular for a japanese company but anyway here is a list as far as I know and as far as in IT Industry..

1. Aeon Credit Technology, yes they are owned by a Japan group
2. WeServ or Fujitsu
3. Tsukiden
4.and there is this company in multinational building..Adtex or something....

may Japanese language background kasi ako. I studied for almost a year then worked in Japan for two years as a systems engineer.
kababalik ko lang so kelangan maghanap ulit ng work preferably sa Japanese IT companies para kahit papaano may edge. ^^
