Question regarding end of contract

Pano kung tapos na kontrata mo pero wala naman sinasabi kung ire-renew ka or tanggal kana? Diba dapat before 1 month dapat sabihin na sayo?

Ako pa ba dapat magtanong sa kanila? diba panget naman yun?

Yung isa kong ka trabaho, pumasok parin lol, nakakahiya naman pag pumasok ka tapos may kapalit kana pala.

If they don't say anything, it's safe to assume your contract will not be renewed.

Nakausap ko na, hindi nga alam na tapos na kontarta ko lol!, inalok ako 6 months ulit, sabi ko ayaw ko na.

I think dapat 1 month before eh alam mo na if your contract will be renewed or not.
In my experience, I only found out that i won't be renewed during the last day of my contract, although the memo was made a 3 weeks before I was notified.
Maybe some companies do it to make sure their contractual employees would still report to work up to their last day...though it's unfair for employees.
