IT Helpdesk VS TSR

mga ka-PEX mejo bago lang ako sa realidad ng buhay magtatanong lang po ako kung anu ang mas OK dito sa 2 na work na toh. yung maggrow ako at mas magiging marketable sa future. super hirap kasi maghanap ng work ngayon. BTW fresh IT grad nga pala ako. any suggestions?:)

yan din ang pagkakaalam ko, but recently, i got a call from a company inviting me to apply there as an IT Helpdesk. They told me that I will be handling calls from their clients abroad, and the working environment is similar to a call center. siguro depende parin sa company and job description.
