C. under declared - 39,000

bakit ang ginawang computation eh C/B instead na C/A????

Nang itanong namin, ang sagot lang eh "ganun talaga kino-compute ang under declared %"... naguluhan ako.. simple arithmetic dictates na dapat ang basis eh yung "A" di ba at hindi yung "B"

Can someone enlighten me. Salamat:)

One thing I learned in dealing with BIR, don't question their audit findings. Wala rin namang mangyayari. At the end of the day either babayaran mo yung penalty for undeclared sales (or whatever their findings) or pay a compromised amount whatever is lower. This is not morally right, but that's how it is.

Sorry kung may taga BIR dito, but this case is based on actual experience from previous companies I worked with.
