Hindi talaga cxa call center (shared services ang tawag kasi wala namang sort of account dito sa loob), were the us helpdesk of professionals who subscribe to their software. Wala pang hiring sa desk namin, 16 lang kami sa helpdesk ewan lang namin kung dadagdagan pa. What they're hiring now are Marked Data analyst and Publishing Specialist Fixed off then sat sun. don't know with the sched though.

Sa Vocativ (ePLDT Ventus-Fort). Ingram Micro account. Fixed weekend off, MOnday-Friday lang ang pasok. 8PM-8AM lang ang hours of operations. Tapos pag holiday sa US or Canada, wala ding pasok. Pero sabi ng mga kakilala ko dun, mejo mahirap lang yung account.
