Mga kapatid in profession...hahaha i'm currently a 4th year BSA student... i really need help lang sobra...i badly needed a help lang...ito *** thesis title namin...

"HARMONIZING PHILIPPINE STANDARDS ON AUDITING (PSA) AND GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING MANUAL (GAAM) ON THE GOVERNMENT OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATION"

patulong medyo wala talaga kameng idea on how to present our data...basta ang sabi ng adviser namen we will present it on a parallel basis tapos ang sabi pa nia kung anong standards and kinuha namen sa PSA un din daw ang kukunin namen sa GAAM...medyo wala kameng idea kung pano papatakbuhin *** thesis namen...ang iniisip ko nga eh magcocorellational study kame...so sana matulungan nio kame salamat

try to search at NBS meron pa yata sila book about "The state of auditing in the philippines" maybe that could help as a resource

check nyo din baka undergoing thesis ito ng prof nyo for his/her MBA/PhD :rotflmao: :lol: :bop:

if you need a comparison, try to read auditing and assurance by ricchiute, meron dun comparison ng GAAS at attestation standards, maybe it can guide you on how to present your thesis

opo nga po sir eh, actually and originally ang thesis po namen eh about compliance lang po with the sustaining audit standards po ng mga GOCCs' tapos pinagpilitan nia lang po na isama *** GAAM po tapos aun po sinabi po nia na iharmonize po namen...sobrang nadidiscourage na po kame kasi malapit na po ang defense namen mejo ndi pa kame ok:(

Baka naman ayaw lang nila kayo ipa-graduate. Na-take-up niyo ba ang GAAM sa undergrad? Baka kelangan niyong palusubin mga magulang o kamag-anak na butangera sa school para magreklamo o mag-iscandalo.

ndi po namin natake *** GAAM pero we do have advanced part 3 (Accounting for Governmental, Not-for-Profit Organization and Specialized Industries)... sir nakapagtanong tanong na po kame tapos dis week may kakausapin po kameng COA auditors para mas maclear *** thesis namen...pero may naisip na po kameng gagawin para sa thesis *okay*:);)
