Need an advice pls...:bop:
I created designs (flyers, banners, posters, etc..) for a company and this project has already ended. I'd like to know if it's possible to post my works / creations that I made for the company to an online portfolio / website. I plan to remove / change the company name , address, or any information related with the company so I won't be breaching the contract. However, I am not sure if the finished images or designs that I've made is also considered as INFORMATION. If not, would it be okay if I use the exact image file but I'll just remove / change any text contained in the item? :hmm:

Here's what's written:
Either directly or indirectly, "Mark" will not at any time or in any manner, should use for his personal benefit, or divulge, communicate, or disclose any INFORMATION that is proprietary to "Company Name". "Mark" will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement "Mark" will return to "Company Name" all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled during the term of this Agreement.
